This is the standard payment plan for District One.
It is structured over three years — two years for the land cost and one year for development charges.
To add more value for early investors, we’re offering a limited-time incentive.
If possession is applied for on or before 31st May 2026, investors will receive:
* A discount of PKR 25 lacs on 8 Marla plots
* A discount of PKR 12.5 lacs on 4 Marla plots
* An extension of the payment plan by one additional year
This means that while the original payment plan is 3 years, clients who apply for early possession will benefit from a 4-year payment plan, along with a substantial price reduction.
