I think i have the solution to the problem of people coming to saudi Arabia and Other gulf countries for begging.
1) They are being caught and are being deported when they have been deported they still shouldnt be left to roam around and c9 tinue there life as usual like nothing happened. They should be taken into custody the amount of money they have made should be taken from them. Its not hard to analyze there bank statements etc. The strong measures should be take. So tht those who aree planning to do this should be aware tht how far this will go. Its very easy to just ask and gt the money they should be made aware of the repercussions.
2) The second most famous pakistani scam is Credit card defaulterz. I would suggest the govt of pakistan to get the data of those defaulters fro. The relevant countries and trace them in pakistan. No matter how big or small the amount is. We need to teach our people basic ethincs.
These measures might seem hard but tell me if any kf this is wrong or a ZULM on those. Were they forced to BEG or DO THESE CREDIT CARD SCAMS. No they did this in there very own situations.
For me if it comes to destroy the image of my Beloved Country then we need to take strict measures. No matter what. We need to eradicate this mindset.
What gulf countries do is deport them, they clean there country but what about Pakistan. Why should Pakistan suffer?.
Lastly.
Sahih al‑Bukhari where a funeral was presented to the Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم), and when asked “Does he owe a debt?”, the answer was “yes,” and the Prophet refused to lead the funeral prayer — until someone volunteered to pay the debt (on behalf of the deceased) and then he prayed.
In that narration, once the debt was guaranteed to be repaid (by someone else), the funeral prayer (janāzah) was permitted.
From this, many scholars infer that there is a strong preference — at least — that debts be settled before performing the funeral prayer and burial, if possible.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
> “It is better for any one of you to take a rope, gather firewood, carry it on his back and sell it,
than to ask people (for help), whether they give him or refuse.”
