Application is submitted in Police station Nawab Town against illegal sales by Zameen.com in Jinnah Square Residential apartments Lahore and against illegal construction. Previously stay is granted by session court Lahore to stop illegal sales and construction in Jinnah Square Residential apartments which is clearly violated by zameen.com
Jinnah Square Residential apartments is a litigated project and stay is granted by court in favour of Muhammad Riaz khan (40 percent share holder of the project). Also Zameen.com sale contract is illegal because it's not signed and allowed by Muhammad Riaz khan which is 40 percent share holder of the project , so all investors and clients stay away from investing in the litigated project.

JSM HEIGHTS LAHORE CONSTRUCTION WORK IS STOPED.

As stay is granted in favour of Muhammad Riaz (owned 40% shares) by the honourable court dated 3rd Sept 2024, in which Addl: District Judge Lahore, Mr. Shafqat Saeed Gondal directed the opponents I.e Shan Muhammad Anwar (20% shares), Muhammad Ashraf Dogar (20%), Sahibzada Imran (CEO Khansons), Baig construction company and Zameen.com to stop illegal sales and construction immediately of Jinnah Square Residential Apartments Lahore.
