2) IQBAL SECTOR
Iqbal sector is located up to the mark point because there are two interchanges of the ring road located in the Iqbal sector area, which makes access very easy throughout Lahore. Total blocks of Iqbal Sector are 08. Plot category are 05 Marla, 10 Marla, 01 Kanal & 02 Kanal
3) LDA CITY APARTMENTS
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has signed an agreement with the Bank of Punjab of PKR 10 billion for the construction of 4,000 apartments. This project spans over an area of 800 Kanal. Initially, six contractor companies had filed their bids for building another 256 apartments under package four of Phase-1. BALLOTING DATES AND BALLOTED PLOTS DETAILS
There are three balloting's that have been held yet.
1)First Balloting was held on 30th November 2019. Almost 9700 plots were Balloted. (In Jinnah Sector Only)
2)Second Balloting was held on 14th February 2020. In this Balloting almost 308 plots were Ballot. (In Jinnah Sector Only)
3)Third Balloting was held on 4th September 2021. Almost 3850 plots were Balloted. (In Jinnah Sector almost 2400 & in Iqbal Sector almost 1450)

JINNAH SECTOR
Almost two thousand plots are available in the Jinnah sector which will be included in the 4th balloting. These are the blocks of the Jinnah sector which have unballoted plot options. Almost 80% of options are available in A-1, B-1, G-1, and 20% of options are available in other blocks. IQBAL SECTOR

ALLOTMENT OF PLOTS
Plots allotment has been started in April 2021. On the allotment letter, all details are mentioned including owners’ details (i.e. name, address, CNIC details, etc.) and plots related details (i.e. Sector, Block, Plot number, etc.) POSSESSION OF PLOTS
Although there is no confirmed news regarding possession, LDA is working on the delivery of the plots to the plot owners as soon as possible. It might be possible that partial possession will be announced soon in the Jinnah sector. COMMERCIAL PLOTS DETAILS
