After 3 days of probing, we found following:

*Model Housing Society*:
The society was launched 4-5 months back, offering 5 Marla plot @ 2.45 Million. The price suddenly increased to 2.60 Million. The land of society was not confirmed and we requested our members (Waqas Bhai, Maaz Bhai, Ahsan Bhai, Salman Bhai and many others) to avoid this society.
Now the society brought into the notice of general public through newspaper ad that “We did not appoint/ authorize any property dealer to sale/ advertise to sale plots of Model Housing Society. We will announce properly after approval from LDA”.
It seems a land scam because in the past 5 months, most of the dealers made money by trading MHS’s files and now society disowned everything.
Every member is requested to withdraw his investment from Model Housing Society.

*Ferozpur City*:
This society is currently launched and offered lucrative benefits for investors, dealers and buyers. The builder is a famous person of city but the land shown to investors and others is not in the possession of the society. Further, the deal of planned land acquisition did not go through with land owners (measured 100s of acres).
