✅ Real Estate Sales & Customer Dealing Experience – Required
✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

✅ Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & other social platforms
✅ Basic photo & video editing skills
✅ Ability to manage leads, inquiries & customer follow-ups
✅ Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
✅ Lead generation or property marketing experience will be an advantage

✅ Ability to maintain financial records accurately
✅ Previous accounting/bookkeeping experience will be preferred
