عوام الناس کو مطلع کیا جاتا ہے کہ اقبال بزنس سینٹر، سرکی روڈ کوئٹہ کے حوالے سے کسی بھی قسم کا لین دین کرنے والا فرد اپنے نفع و نقصان کا خود ذمہ دار ہوگا۔
یہ بھی واضح کیا جاتا ہے کہ اقبال بزنس سینٹر کا کیس معزز سول جج کوئٹہ کی عدالت میں زیر سماعت ہے، جس کی آئندہ پیشی 10 جولائی 2025 کو مقرر ہے۔ دیوانی معاملہ ہے دیر سویر ھو جاتی ہے لیکن انشااللہ اللہ الحق ہے اور کامیابی میری مقدر ہے۔
یاد رہے کہ ٹھیکیدار فصیح اللہ کے ساتھ اقبال بزنس سینٹر کے متعلق کسی بھی قسم کا لین دین کرنے والا شخص اپنے نفع و نقصان کا خود ذمہ دار ہوگا۔

This is to apprise the general public that any individual engaging in financial or commercial transactions pertaining to Iqbal Business Center, located on Sirki Road, Quetta, shall be solely accountable for their own profit or loss.
It is further clarified that the legal proceedings concerning the Iqbal Business Center are currently sub judice before the Honourable Civil Judge, Quetta. The next date of hearing is scheduled for 10th July 2025. Since this is a civil litigation, procedural delays are not uncommon; however, with unwavering faith, we affirm that veracity prevails, and eventual success is destined by Divine Will.
Moreover, it must be emphatically reiterated that any dealings with Contractor Fasihullah in relation to the aforementioned Iqbal Business Center are to be undertaken at one’s own peril, as such parties shall bear full responsibility for any consequential gains or losses.
This public notification is being disseminated under the express instruction of the owner of Iqbal Business Center, Mushar Haji Hashim Khan, with the sole purpose of safeguarding public interest and ensuring vigilance.
