اسلام آباد ۔ وزیراعظم عمران خان نے کہا ہے کہ ٹیکنالوجی کے استعمال سے زمینوں پر قبضہ کرنے والوں کو شکست ملے گی کیونکہ اب کوئی بھی پلاٹ اور دیگر زمینوں کی معلومات آن لائن حاصل کر سکتا ہے۔ اسلام آباد کے کیڈاسٹرل میپ کی افتتاحی تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ لینڈ ریکارڈ کو ڈیجیٹل کرنے سے پراپرٹیز کی منتقلی میں شفافیت آئے گی۔ انہوں نے یہ بھی کہا کہ لینڈ ریکارڈ کی ڈیجیٹلائزیشن کی وجہ سے ہر کوئی اپنے پلاٹ کو آن لائن چیک کر سکے گا۔عمران خان نے کہا کہ اسلام آباد ، لاہور اور کراچی کی کیڈاسٹرل میپنگ اس سال نومبر تک مکمل ہو جائے گی۔ "کیڈاسٹرل میپنگ پروجیکٹ پرانے" پٹوار سسٹم "کو جدید ڈیجیٹل آن لائن سسٹم میں تبدیل کرنے کے لیے وزیر اعظم کے وژن سے متاثر اور متاثر کیا گیا ہے۔ عمران خان نے ذکر کیا کہ مافیا نہیں چاہتا کہ زمین کا ریکارڈ کمپیوٹرائزڈ ہو ، انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ زمین کے ریکارڈ کو کمپیوٹرائزڈ کیے بغیر طاقتور لوگوں کو فائدہ پہنچایا گیا ہے۔ بیرون ملک مقیم پاکستانی جائیدادوں پر غیر قانونی قبضے سے سب سے زیادہ متاثر ہوئے۔ اگر وہ بیرون ملک مقیم پاکستانیوں کے لیے سازگار ماحول فراہم کرتے ہیں تو وہ اپنے ملک میں سرمایہ کاری کریں گے۔ پی ایم خان نے مزید کہا کہ تین سالوں کے دوران اربوں روپے مالیت کی سرکاری اراضی کو دوبارہ حاصل کیا گیا اور مزید کہا گیا کہ اسلام آباد میں 300 ارب روپے کی زمین اور جنگلات کی 1000 ایکڑ زمین لینڈ مافیا نے ہڑپ کر لی۔ انہوں نے یہ بھی کہا کہ لینڈ ریکارڈ کو ڈیجیٹل کرنے سے لینڈ ریکارڈ ٹیمپرنگ کو روکنے میں مدد ملے گی اور تصویر کے ذریعے تعمیرات کی نگرانی کو یقینی بنایا جائے گا۔ اس سے بیرون ملک مقیم پاکستانیوں کو اسلام آباد میں زمین خریدنے سے پہلے آن لائن معلومات کی تصدیق میں مدد ملے گی۔ نیا نظام سرکاری زمین کی ناجائز قبضہ ، نالہ اور جنگلات میں تجاوزات کی نشاندہی میں بھی مدد دے گا۔
Now anyone can get information of plots and other lands online
ISLAMABAD۔ Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has said that use of technology will help to defeat land grabbers as now anyone can get information of plots and other lands online.
Addressing the launching ceremony of the cadastral map of Islamabad, the prime minister said that the digitalization of land record will bring transparency in transfer of properties. He also said that everyone will be able to check their plot online due to the digitization of land record.
Imran Khan said cadastral mapping of Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi will be completed by November this year. “The cadastral mapping project has been conceived and inspired by vision of the prime minister to modernize the old "Patwar system" into modernized digital online system.”
Imran Khan mentioned that mafia does not want land records to be computerized, adding that without computerization of land records, the powerful people have been benefitted. “Overseas Pakistanis were most affected by the illegal occupation of properties. If they provide a conducive environment for overseas Pakistanis, they will invest in their country,” he added.
PM Khan further said that the government land worth of billion rupees have been retrieved during three years adding that the land worth of 300 billion rupees in Islamabad and 1000 acres land of forest were grabbed by the land mafia.”
He also maintained that the digitalization of land record will help curb land record tempering and ensure monitoring of construction through imagery. “This will also help overseas Pakistani to verify online information before purchase of land in Islamabad. The new system would also help identify the illicit hinging of state land, encroachment at nullah and forests,” he added.
The premier also said that the implementation of equal law in the country is essential for investment. “Fifty per cent of the cases in the courts are related to land grabbers. In the next phase, people will be able to transfer lands online from home,” he added.
PM Khan also appreciated Capital Development Authority, Survey General of Pakistan and other departments for completing the task successfully in a short span of time.
