We had a chat with Sardar Ali (Presidnet of Management Comittee PECHS Islamabad).He said that he has asked members to go to secretory (Ijaz Ahmed the current corrupt secretory for las thirty years). he said he has asked members to form a 4 members comittee and go to corrupt secretory and ask him to resign.
Sardar Ali also said that members of this society should go to NAB like ministry of commerce society.In ministry of commerce society they have recoved 1 billion ruppees and is under nab management .new elections of ministry of commerce society will be in Jan .
Sardar Ali said that six thousadn members of PECHS islamabad are khusra memmbers who just sit and dont take any action like lodging complains on PM portal , going to nab and FIA etc.Also they dont go to press , newspapers or any other avenue

Thanks to Sheikh Brother for legal fight to take the society office to society itself.
SSheikh brothers will now start sale and purchase as they have also moeved in society
Previously society was only allowing three property dealers to deal in Society and for every plot sold corrupt secretory Ejaz was taking 1 lac ruppees minimum commission.
In return the dealers used to buy plots from members at dirt cheap price and use to sell them at exceptionally higher prices.No body else is still allowed to register with society as dealer .Members can check that by ringing society.
Sheikh brother said that Every member needs to send application to citizen portal nab and fia and has to use effort like twitter and socieal medial to fight dealer mafia .
Dealer mafia is not building the road so that society can not develop.
