Key Features of RUDN Enclave:
1. NESPAK is the Design Consultant of the Society. NESPAK is also the consultant for Rawalpindi Ring Road
2. UPDL, which has developed Gulberg
Greens, are the developers of RUDN Enclave. The work is in full flow
3. New Leafs is also on the panel for the horticulture of the society. Previously, New Leafs has worked in Bahria Town, DHA and Gulberg Greens.
4. LOP (Society Layout Plan) has been approved by RDA.
5. Total land in the name of the society is 25,000 Kanal. Total land to be acquired is 54,000 kanal.
