علامہ محمد اقبال برصغیر کے وہ عظیم شاعر ہیں جنہیں شاعرِ مشرق کہا جاتا ہے۔ ان کی شاعری صرف حسنِ بیان یا الفاظ کا جادو نہیں بلکہ ایک زبردست فکری پیغام ہے۔ ان کے مشہور اشعار میں سے ایک ہے:
“ستاروں سے آگے جہاں اور بھی ہیں”۔
اس شعر میں اقبال انسان کو یہ پیغام دیتے ہیں کہ کائنات کی وسعتیں لامحدود ہیں اور ترقی کا سفر کبھی ختم نہیں ہوتا۔ ستارے، کہکشائیں اور سیارے اگرچہ بہت بڑے اور دلکش ہیں مگر یہ انسانی جستجو کی آخری منزل نہیں۔ اقبال چاہتے ہیں کہ مسلمان نوجوان محض موجودہ کامیابیوں پر قانع نہ ہوں بلکہ آگے بڑھتے رہیں۔
یہ شعر ہمیں سستی، جمود اور قناعت کی جگہ عمل، جستجو اور محنت کا سبق دیتا ہے۔ اقبال کے نزدیک کائنات اللہ تعالیٰ کی تخلیق ہے اور اس کے راز جاننے کے لیے انسان کو علم حاصل کرنا، تحقیق کرنا اور مسلسل محنت کرتے رہنا چاہیے۔ وہ سمجھتے تھے کہ مسلمان جب تک علم و ہنر میں آگے نہیں بڑھیں گے تب تک دنیا میں قیادت حاصل نہیں کر سکیں گے۔
اقبال نے اپنی شاعری کے ذریعے خواب دکھایا کہ نوجوان اپنی صلاحیتوں کو پہچانیں اور ستاروں سے بھی آگے نئی دنیائیں تلاش کریں۔ یہ پیغام صرف سائنس اور فلکیات تک محدود نہیں بلکہ زندگی کے ہر میدان میں ترقی اور کامیابی کی دعوت دیتا ہے۔
یوں اقبال کا یہ شعر ہمیں یاد دلاتا ہے کہ کائنات لامحدود ہے اور انسان کی صلاحیتیں بھی بے حد و حساب ہیں۔ بس شرط یہ ہے کہ ہم ہمت، محنت اور مسلسل جدوجہد کے ساتھ آگے بڑھتے رہیں۔
Allama Muhammad Iqbal, known as the Poet of the East, was a great thinker and philosopher of the subcontinent. His poetry is not just the beauty of words, but a powerful message for humanity. One of his most famous verses is:
“Beyond the stars, there are worlds yet to explore.”
In this verse, Iqbal tells us that the universe is limitless and the journey of progress never ends. Stars, galaxies, and planets may seem vast and fascinating, but they are not the final destination of human quest. Iqbal encourages the youth, especially Muslims, not to remain satisfied with present achievements but to keep striving further.
This verse teaches us to reject laziness and stagnation and instead embrace action, struggle, and continuous effort. According to Iqbal, the universe is Allah’s creation, and to uncover its secrets, mankind must seek knowledge, research, and work hard. He believed that Muslims could not regain leadership in the world unless they advanced in knowledge and skills.
Through his poetry, Iqbal showed a vision: young people must recognize their inner potential and discover new worlds beyond the stars. His message is not limited to science and astronomy, but it applies to every field of life where progress and success are needed.
Thus, Iqbal’s verse reminds us that the universe has no limits, and human abilities are also boundless. The only condition is courage, hard work, and continuous struggle to move forward.
