Czuwamy nad każdym etapem wynajmu - począwszy od wyszukania oferty lub osób zainteresowanych, poprzez pomoc w kontakcie i ustalaniu szczegółów umowy, kończąc na umowie, która gwarantuje najlepsze dla naszych Klientów warunki.

We started gaining our experience on real estate market with short-term rental. Natural next step for us was long-term and corporal rental. We have decided to take an interest in this field, because we’ve noticed how many people have issues with finding the right flat, which will become their home and which will be suitable for them not only financially, but mostly because of the location, furnishings. In which spending time in, living in it, is pleasant for them. The difficulty which they also come encounter is having trouble with communication with the landlord, it’s not always a trustworthy person. We also notice that landlords have similar problems. They have to often entrust their flat, their goods to a stranger, that they can only get to know during the short conversation. That's why we would like to change the uncertainty, which is a rental for both sides, into the comfort and security both for the owner and the lessor. We safeguard over every step of rental - starting with searching the offer or people interested in it, helping with the contact and determining the specifics of the agreement, finishing with closing a deal, which guarantees the best terms for our Customers.
