One of the questions we get most often:
“What happens during heavy rain - can the bottom part flood?”

The answer is simple: absolutely not.

At Subterio, we design outdoor solutions for real-life conditions - not just for sunny days.

Our structure is fully protected against water. Around the upper platform, we use dedicated sealing systems, while around the bottom we designed subtle drainage channels that effectively redirect water away.
And because details matter, there’s also a built-in drain inside the structure itself.

For selected projects, we additionally install an automatic water pump that activates the moment water is detected at the bottom.

Because premium outdoor living is not only about aesthetics.
It’s about solutions that work beautifully - in every weather condition.
