Dear Customers,
I would like to present you a mobile home from Inter-Styl company.
IDA Hause is a mini house designed in the style of a Tiny mobile home. It is a perfect solution for people who have their own plot of land and dream of their own home in the bosom of nature.

IDA HOUSE serves as a full-fledged, all-year-round flat.
Unlike caravans, this cottage meets all the standards of an energy-efficient house.

The house is transported by a trailer and placed on a designated plot of land using a crane. It is not permanently attached to the ground, so you can transport it anywhere.
To put up such a house on your plot you only need to register at the local office. No additional permits or unnecessary paperwork are needed in selected countries, however, in some countries they may require a permit.

Few words from the technical side,
The house is made of C24 frame wood, insulated with pur foam. The external façade is finished with silicate-silicone plaster, triple-glazed windows were installed. The roofing is made of sheet metal commonly known as "seam roof" by Blachotrapez. For a better visual effect we used wooden slats at the entrance, as well as decorative shutters and flower pots.
IDA HOUSE has a full 3-phase installation with security and water , as well as a sewage system adapted to connections on the plot.

The area of ​​the cottage is 15 m2 and it is perfectly developed. The interior of IDA House is inspired by the loft style as shown by the black accessories and finishes. On the other hand, the whole house is warmed by an ash plank which is used in the window and door frames, a decorative beam and a floor made of Barlinek planks. The windows are fitted with pleats.
In summer, we can enjoy the coolness thanks to the air conditioning, while in winter, a comfortable temperature is provided by the heating films situated in the ceiling. An additional advantage of heating are temperature controllers that can be controlled via wifi.
IDA HOUSE has the priviledge of being furnished and equiped by the Polish brand Amira Meble. In the relaxation area there is a comfortable corner with a sleeping function and a chase for bedding.
The house is also equipped with a 32-inch Philips TV, which we can watch over afternoon coffee.
There is a camouflaged pouf under the coffee table. This piece of furniture will be perfect if you need an additional sleeping place. Storing things is provided by a spacious wardrobe with hangers and delicious meals can be enjoyed at the designer table.

We have quite a large worktop made of oiled oak wood with a granite sink and a flexible tap. Underneath it are cabinets that hide functional household appliances.
There is a Beko washing machine, dishwasher , fridge and freezer with compartments.
For lovers of cooking, there is a large Bosh oven with a four-burner induction hob, and above that we have a hood and storage space.
The bathroom is accessed by a loft-style sliding door and to the right is a shower with a shower tray. On the left, a washbasin with a mirror and a toilet.
Ariston thermal baths, which are hidden in the ceiling of the bathroom, will provide hot water.
The bathroom has been insulated and finished entirely with waterproof, innovative Rocko tiles.
IDA HOUSE is a really great solution and a fantastic alternative to a studio apartment in a block of flats. You can enjoy your very own bachelor pad in an idyllic setting surrounded by nature.
