RENTier by Corda Living Rentier will help provide students with apartments for rent or buy. Apartments listed here should consist of all price ranges.

A Corda Living "certified" apartment must have a decent landlord with good records, good location, affordable price, and average of high overall standard. And members o PUM is trying to make sure this trough our experience as foreign students living here in Szczecin. Rentier is working with a trustworthy real estate agent here in Szczecin, that we have very good experience with and is very helpful even if you have problems during your stay here in Szczecin. We have chosen to start with this offer to ensure that students will get the best apartments available in the market without being scammed. Many agencies and landlords out there just care about the your money and might hold back on critical information regarding the apartment or details in the contract. We have all witnessed many episodes where the student have been used and tricked. Corda Living will act as a middleman to help you and aid your apartment search, and as student of PUM we can help you and give you special information from a student point of view. Together we can help you find the most suitable apartment for you and also negotiate with the agencies and landlords with you.
