Galant Ząbkowska – inwestycja, która odnalazła swoje miejsce w sercu Pragi Północ
🏙️ Kiedy występowaliśmy o pozwolenie na budowę inwestycji Galant Ząbkowska, zadawaliśmy sobie ważne pytanie: czy Praga Północ jest właściwym miejscem na projekt o podwyższonym standardzie — z recepcją, eleganckimi częściami wspólnymi, apartamentami o wysokości nawet 3,40 m i tarasami na dachu z widokiem na panoramę Warszawy?
Dziś odpowiedź jest dla nas oczywista.
🌉 Ostatnie lata pokazały, jak dynamicznie zmienia się charakter tej części miasta. Nowa kładka pieszo-rowerowa przez Wisłę, rosnące znaczenie przestrzeni publicznych oraz planowany projekt Traktu Książęcego — obejmujący przebudowę ciągu ulic Okrzei i Ząbkowskiej tak, aby stały się bardziej przyjazne pieszym i rowerzystom — wzmacniają wyjątkowy potencjał Pragi Północ.
🎨 To dzielnica, która od lat przyciąga turystów, artystów i osoby szukające autentycznego miejskiego klimatu. Zachwyca zabytkowymi kamienicami, lokalnymi kawiarniami, galeriami, pracowniami twórczymi i atmosferą, której nie da się odtworzyć w nowo projektowanych częściach miasta.

✨ Chcieliśmy stworzyć budynek nowoczesny, ale nieoderwany od miejsca. Dlatego w projekcie pojawiły się detale nawiązujące do architektury starej Pragi, kameralna recepcja, dopracowane części wspólne, wysokie wnętrza, duże przeszklenia oraz apartamenty z tarasami, które pozwalają spojrzeć na Warszawę z zupełnie innej perspektywy.
🔑 Nowe inwestycje takie jak Galant Ząbkowska coraz częściej wybierają osoby, które cenią miejską energię, autentyczność i historię, ale jednocześnie oczekują komfortu, funkcjonalności i współczesnego standardu życia.
🌿 Praga Północ nie traci swojego charakteru. Ona dojrzewa.

Galant Ząbkowska – a development that has found its place in the heart of Praga Północ
🏙️ When we applied for the building permit for Galant Ząbkowska, we asked ourselves an important question: is Praga Północ the right location for a higher-standard residential project — with a reception area, elegant common spaces, apartments up to 3.40 m high and rooftop terraces overlooking the Warsaw skyline?
Today, the answer is clear.
🌉 The past few years have shown how dynamically this part of the city is changing. The new pedestrian and bicycle bridge across the Vistula River, the growing importance of public spaces and the planned Trakt Książęcy project — including the transformation of Okrzei and Ząbkowska streets into a more pedestrian- and cyclist-friendly urban route — are strengthening the unique potential of Praga Północ.
🎨 This is a district that has long attracted tourists, artists and people looking for an authentic urban atmosphere. It is valued for its historic tenement houses, local cafés, galleries, creative studios and a character that cannot be recreated in newly developed parts of the city.

✨ Our goal was to create a modern building that remains connected to its surroundings. That is why the project includes details inspired by the architecture of old Praga, an intimate reception area, carefully designed common spaces, high interiors, large glazing and apartments with terraces that offer a different perspective on Warsaw.
🔑 New developments such as Galant Ząbkowska are increasingly chosen by people who appreciate urban energy, authenticity and history, while also expecting comfort, functionality and a contemporary standard of living.
🌿 Praga Północ is not losing its character. It is maturing.
