A sales director told us this recently:

"I had buyers for whom the view from the windows was the most important thing of all. The building was not far enough along to show it to them on site. I showed it to them in the 3D Twin, and the sale went through."

The view from the windows is one of the things developers ask us for most often. They ask because their buyers ask them first.

You stand at the window of one specific flat, on one specific floor, and you look out. You see what actually stands opposite, how close it is and how high. You see whether the park is visible from the fourth floor or only from the eighth.

We build the views from the project documentation and the real surroundings, so the answer exists for every flat in the building.

An honest view sells the good flats faster and tells you which ones need a different argument.

This is Free Presenter, our desktop application built on Unreal Engine 5.

Time of day changes dynamically, from daylight through sunset to night.

Lighting on the building and across the surroundings follows, and the surroundings themselves are modelled out to the horizon.

The camera is free as well. Any angle of the building and the area around it, live, following whatever the buyer asks about next.

Game-engine quality comes with a hardware cost: a dedicated workstation with a gaming-class GPU and a large screen.

A good salesperson doesn't need help talking. They need help showing.

That's w n is: a sales tool that puts the property on the table before it physically exists. The rep stops describing and starts demonstrating. Which unit, which floor, what view, how the sun moves through the living room in the afternoon.

It changes the job. Less convincing, more guiding. The client isn't taking the seller's word for it, they're seeing it themselves, and the rep is there to steer, answer, and close.

And it works everywhere the seller works. In the sales office, on a call with a buyer three time zones away, or on day one of a project when the site is still a fence and a crane.

Three days at SIMA - Living Conference & Expo in Madrid.

Most reactions started the same way: someone steps up to the touchscreen, walks through the apartment, turns to a colleague: "we need this in our sales office."
