This year, the word 'home' has gained a slightly different power. "'Home' is already everything. It is not just a place where we sleep, eat dinner with our family and rest after work. Now it is also a job, a bar, a restaurant, a cinema, a kindergarten, a gym. It takes a lot more energy to create all this in our "four walls". We would like to wish you endless energy for this in the upcoming Christmas!

W tym roku słowo “dom” zyskało nieco inną moc. “Dom” jest już teraz wszystkim. Nie tylko miejscem, gdzie śpimy, jemy obiad z rodziną i odpoczywamy po pracy. Teraz jest także pracą, barem, restauracją, kinem, przedszkolem, siłownią. Potrzeba dużo więcej energii, by to wszystko stworzyć w swoich “czterech ścianach”, czego chcielibyśmy Wam życzyć!

In the very centre of the Szczytnicka Residence area, there is a real unique place on a Polish scale - Ginkgo Biloba, or Miłorząb Dwuklapowy, commonly known as Miłorzęb Japoński. A 200-year-old specimen of this unique and at the same time endangered species originating from China symbolises vitality, hope and brotherhood. It is considered "rejuvenating" because of its healing properties: it improves circulation and cognitive age-related disorders.

When building the Szczytnicka residence, our mission was to pass on to future generations what our ancestors left behind. Life extension - this connects us with Miłorzęb living in our garden, and therefore it is a symbol of this place. And the oldest neighbour.

W samym centrum terenu Rezydencji Szczytnickiej, stoi prawdziwy unikat na skalę Polski - Ginkgo Biloba, inaczej Miłorząb Dwuklapowy, nazywany potocznie Miłorzębem Japońskim. 200 letni okaz tego wyjątkowego i zarazem zagrożonego gatunku pochodzącego z Chin, symbolizuje witalność, nadzieję i braterstwo. Uważana jest za “odmładzającą”, ze względu na jej właściwości lecznicze: usprawnia krążenie oraz kognitywne zaburzenia związane z wiekiem.

Budując Rezydencję Szczytnicką przyświecała nam misja przekazanaia przyszłym pokoleniom tego, co pozostawili po sobie nasi przodkowie. Przedłużanie życia - to łączy nas z mieszkającym w naszym ogrodzie Miłorzębem, dlatego jest symbolem tego miejsca. I najstarszym sąsiadem.

HOME starts from the door and ends at the door. All that is behind them is our oasis, a place where we rest, eat, sleep, love, and sometimes argue. Undoubtedly, they are one of the most important elements, which is why we have selected them with great care, taking into account primarily safety, so that they will provide you with what is most important - peace.

The external door filling and brass handles to your apartment in the Szczytnicka Residence are made on the basis of our individual project, by the Dierre company. Established in 1975, it is a world leader in the production of anti-burglary doors (those for your apartments are type C) and a leader in Italy in the production and sale of interior doors and exterior door and window joinery.

Dom zaczyna się od drzwi i kończy się na drzwiach. Wszystko, co jest za nimi, to nasza oaza, miejsce, w którym odpoczywamy, jemy, śpimy, kochamy, a czasem kłócimy. Niewątpliwie są jednym z najważniejszych elementów, dlatego dobraliśmy je z niezwykłą starannością, mając na względzie przede wszystkim bezpieczeństwo, tak by zapewniły Wam to co najważniejsze - spokój.

Wypełnienie zewnętrzne drzwi oraz mosiężne klamki w Rezydencji Szczytnickiej wykonywane jest na podstawie indywidualnego projektu przez firmę Dierre. Założona w 1975 roku, jest światowym leaderem w produkcji drzwi antywłamaniowych (te do Waszych apartamentów są typu C) oraz liderem we Włoszech w produkcji i sprzedaży drzwi wewnętrznych oraz zewnętrznej stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej.

On the one hand, we want to be close to this ever-beating heart, on the other hand, we need a break. Singing birds, green leaves, a patch of privacy. So we found the perfect balance, a way to "have your cake and eat it":

In less than 8 minutes from the Szczytnicka Residence we will reach one of the largest (over 100 hectares) parks in Wrocław, which is also one of the oldest parks in Europe in the English style (it was founded by a certain Fryderyk Ludwik Hohenlohe in 1783). A real paradise for nature lovers - over 400 species of trees and shrubs, martens, foxes and over 70 species of birds. Like the whole of Wrocław, it hides secrets to discover. We will reveal two of them:
-> on the outskirts, there is a unique in Europe, the living fragment of Japanese culture - the Japanese Garden founded in 1909
-> In the middle of the park, there is a wooden church of St. John of Nepomuk from the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries.
