Just tried Degree 18 Juice Bar, now located next to La Estación, and I’m obsessed.

On my way to the beach Seven Seas, I grabbed a tropical smoothie and it was EVERYTHING—fresh, vibrant, and full of island flavor 🍍🥭

What I love most? It’s a plant-based spot with everything from smoothies, açaí bowls, fresh juices, and even vegan burgers and wraps 🌿

Important reminder for fellow hosts 🚨

When a guest cannot travel due to flight cancellations, government restrictions, or major disruptive events, here’s how to handle it correctly on Airbnb:

• Guests must initiate the cancellation from their Airbnb account
• They should select Extenuating Circumstances / Major Disruptive Event
• Airbnb Support must review and approve the request
• Guests are required to upload official documentation (airline cancellation, government notice, FAA restriction, etc.)
• Hosts should not cancel on behalf of the guest, as this can affect your metrics

As hosts, we cannot override Airbnb’s system. Once Airbnb reviews the case, they will apply their policy and notify both parties.

Empathy is important, but so is following the correct process to protect your business. Always keep communication respectful and inside the platform.
