. He is also a Registered Land Surveyor authorized to practice surveying in Puerto Rico and an active member of the Puerto Rico College of Engineers and Surveyors (C.I.A.P.R.). On that year he started to work for a contracting company. Four years later, he decided to create his own business, called VS Surveying Services. His surveying works requirements were growing up. Then he decided to create a corporate firm to offer surveying services. Now, here we are offering you surveying services with the higher quality standards.
