About Cherif
In the late 1990s, Medawar began teaching his successful methods and programs to help others grow personally, professionally and financially. He developed the Institute of Commercial Real Estate and contracted with outside companies to handle the marketing and day-to-day operations. In 2009, he took on the entire process of the education and investment company and rebranded them under Cherif Medawar Real Estate Investing, www. CMREI.com.
In 2012, he created a business division called eFreedom.com help both investors AND entrepreneurs understand how to scale their business and set up their own organizations with profitable business models.
Medawar now offers guidance for business plans, market research reports and even offers a platform of Angel Investors. This network of accredited investors is eager to fund both real estate and business opportunities with over $200 million dollars of capital on that platform.

Personal Bio - Cherif Medawar was born in Egypt to Catholic parents who were Egyptian and French. He was educated with the Jesuits Catholic School in Cairo, Egypt, with international priests emphasizing intensive discipline, high ethics and a huge success drive. He traveled to Switzerland to attend a hotel and finance school before arriving in the United States at age 19, where his father was already doing business on the West Coast with other family members. Medawar took two more years of business classes at the University of California at Los Angeles while working at the Century Plaza Hotel.
Today his training programs, teaching methods, business models and financial products continue to grow. He has patented the F.A.C.T.S. System for residential and commercial real estate, and provides the most comprehensive commercial real estate training in the world.
