Part Time Administrative Assistant for Real Estate Appraisal Firm. (New York City/Puerto Rico)

This position is currently 100% remote.

Position requires excellent writing, communication and multitasking skills. Versatility and a "whatever it takes" attitude is critical. Must be a quick learner at a industry specific applications and related technology, and have strong general tech knowledge.

Responsibilities include:

- Data Entry
-Market Research
-Digital document management
- Serving as first point contact for potential clients and making appointments
-Heavy correspondence, email
- Calendar management
-Staying on top of project deadlines and following up.

Someone who works well under pressure, can incorporate constructive feedback, and possess a strong work ethic is desired for this position. The position pays $16.50 per hour (as a gig worker 1099)
Required Hours:: 4-6 hours per day, 5 days per week.
