As lead project engineer for the Special Project Division, Cristina specialized in construction management, general contracting, estimating, construction procurement, insurance, and risk management. Upon her return to her native Puerto Rico, Cristina launched a boutique construction company, Sky Builders, servicing residential, commercial and state government projects improving the public transportation train system with a people-first retail convenience store and commercial spaces for renown shopping malls in the island, among others.
