La Ley 157-2026, que enmienda la Ley de Condominios de Puerto Rico, introduce cambios dirigidos a modernizar la administración de los condominios. Entre las principales enmiendas se encuentran la creación de un nuevo foro judicial para atender controversias de propiedad horizontal, salas especializadas, mayores requisitos de capacitación para administradores y la modernización de procesos administrativos.

Estos cambios buscan promover una administración más eficiente, transparente y accesible para propietarios, compradores, inversionistas y administradores.
