When I say I can assist my clients in their own language, I mean it. 😉

I’m incredibly proud to have been accepted as a member of HYPIA, The International Association of Hyperpolyglots.

For me, this recognition means much more than adding another line to my CV. Languages have been a lifelong passion, something I’ve studied, practised and pursued for years.

And today, that passion has become one of the most valuable tools in my work.
Buying or selling a property in another country can already feel complicated enough. Being able to communicate, ask questions, negotiate and understand what is happening in your own language can make a real difference.

That’s exactly what I offer my international clients here in the Algarve.

Há negócios que representam muito mais do que a compra de uma casa. 🏡🤍
Representam o início de uma vida a dois.

Hoje foi dia de CPCV para este jovem casal, e para nós é uma alegria e um privilégio poder fazer parte de um momento tão importante. 🔑✨

Como acontece muitas vezes no imobiliário, o caminho teve os seus desafios. Antes deste imóvel, houve outro apartamento que queriam comprar, mas o negócio acabou por não avançar.

Na altura, foi uma desilusão. Hoje, olhando para onde chegaram, talvez tenha sido apenas a vida a redirecioná-los. 😊

Porque acabaram por encontrar algo ainda mais especial: um apartamento duplex, com 3 quartos e dois pisos, que na prática tem muito mais a sensação e o espaço de uma moradia. 🏠🌿

Às vezes, a casa certa aparece depois daquela que pensávamos ser “a casa”.

Obrigado ao e ao pela excelente colaboração e por contribuírem para que este processo chegasse a este momento. 🤝

Agora começa uma nova etapa. E nós ficamos muito felizes por termos feito parte dela. ❤️
