This beautiful four bedroom villa with private pool and free air conditioning throughout is situated in the peaceful residential area of Cerro Grande.

It has been furnished to a high standard and comprises of large open plan living/dining room with large patio doors leading to shady terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool which is perfect for dining al-fresco.

On the lower level is a galley kitchen, with separate laundry room and additional fridge/freezer. There is also a shower room on this level.

The upstairs comprises of 2 double bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite shower room and 1 twin bedroom. Also a spacious separate bathroom. There is also access to a large roof terrace, giving fantastic views sea views.
(This is accessed by stairs and a door that can be locked.)

Some steps lead down from the terrace to the stunning infinity swimming pool and beautiful gardens. There is also a comfortable seating area to one side of the villa and also a brick built BBQ on the other side.

Dear All
Portugal has now gone into a second national lockdown which is due to last for 15 days. This will then likely be extended for another 15 days.

In order to comply with legislation, we will be closing our offices and working from home where possible.

The UK Government has today announced that Portugal will be added to the list of travel corridors following a sustained decrease in the incidence of coronavirus as assessed by the UK’s Joint Biodiversity Centre.

From 4am on 22 August 2020, passengers arriving into the UK from Portugal (including the autonomous regions of Madeira and the Azores) will no longer need to self-isolate, so long as they have not been in, or transited through, any other non-exempt countries in the 14 days preceding their arrival. Passengers arriving in the UK before that deadline will be required to complete the full 14 days self-isolation period.

UK travel advice restrictions to mainland Portugal have been removed with immediate effect. Travellers should continue to check the latest advice from the FCO, given the heightened risk of travel disruption: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/travel-advice-novel-coronavirus
