The apartment is a privately owned luxury penthouse apartment situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. It comprises of the following:-
• Fully fitted kitchen complete with everything you need, cooker with oven, hob & extractor, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron & ironing board and even a juice extractor for the early morning orange juice

fully furnished with three piece suite, the settee of which converts into a double bed, dining table & chairs for 6, satellite TV with English channels, DVD player. Patio doors open onto the large balcony, which is equipped with sunbeds and table & chairs for outside eating
• Bedroom 1 with King sized bed, dressing table, large fitted wardrobe and wooden floor, patio doors lead onto the balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a full sized bath, with shower, toilet, bidet and electric wall heater. There is a hair dryer and clock
• Bedroom 2 with twin beds, dressing table and fitted wardrobe, it is adjacent to the family bathroom, which also has a full sized bath, shower and electric wall heater
• There are ceramic floors in the living areas, mosquito guards are fitted to all the windows, the apartment has air conditioning throughout (included in price in June/July/Aug/Sept). There are electric heaters and a wood burning stove for the cooler evenings
