This present made my day 🙏..It's already wednesday! Has been already 8 mounths sice i arrived from england with little Laura...she is growing fast, starting a new school year, challenges with the language ...portuguese is hard to learn🤔 getting adapted to a new routine, being a aunt mommy when you never had kids is crazy 😵‍💫...in my bad days i remember my self "you are capable. ..the universe brought you this opportunity because you can do it" Yes, so many times we forgot who we are, the obstacles already overcome, what we are capable of doing has humam beings...that is what differs us from animals..we can be better than yesterday if we focus transforming our self but we need to learn the tools, know how mind/body/emotions work, go inward... May you know your worth everyday.

Santa Maria Nature Park. The sun island, the blue waters island of the azores. Here was born the oldest world music festival , the Maré de Agosto Festival whose firts edition dates 1984. Frank Sinatra performed in 1945, at the end of World War II, for the American soldiers.
