UNICEF’s latest Report Card compared the wealthiest nations in the OECD and EU on how children are really doing, and Portugal came in just behind the Netherlands, Denmark and France.
✨ #2 for children’s mental well-being
✨ #10 for physical health
✨ One of only two countries where childhood overweight rates improved

🍂 Autumn in Portugal… apparently! 🇵🇹☀️

16°C when you wake up, 26°C by lunchtime… and yet here I am, enjoying a proper warm cup of tea. ☕️😂

The sun is shining, the skies are blue, everyone else is reaching for their sunglasses, but some things simply cannot be compromised.

Because no matter how warm Portugal decides to be, I’m still a Brit by heart… and it’s always time for tea.🇬🇧❤️☕️
