Once industrial, they are evolving into vibrant areas where creativity, culture and new investment are reshaping the city.

I always enjoy observing how these neighbourhoods continue to evolve.

Autrefois industriels, ils se transforment progressivement en lieux où se rencontrent créativité, culture et nouveaux investissements.

Portugal has many of the characteristics international investors look for: stability, scarcity in prime locations, international demand and a strong hospitality market.

But those strengths do not make every asset a good investment.

The question is always what the investment is expected to achieve and whether the asset, price and risk profile are aligned with that objective.
