We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and tech-savvy professional to fill a full-time position as a Front Desk and Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Front desk reception duties
• Personal Assistant (PA) tasks
• Administrative support across platforms such as Ego, Word, Excel, CRM, and Canva

Position Details:
• Full-time schedule: 10:00 – 19:00, with a one-hour lunch break
• Proficiency with platforms like CRM, Ego, Word, and Excel is essential

Requirements:
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to a variety of tools and platforms
