The Ria Formosa Natural Park 🌱 is a protected wetland of lagoons, salt marshes, canals and sandy barrier islands stretching across 60km of the Algarve Coast.
Spanning around 18000 hectares, it is one of Europe’s most vital coastal ecosystems, serving as a major stopover for migrating birds (keep a look-out for the flamingos! 🦩).
There are a number of ways you can visit the Ria Formosa, from guided boat tours (good for island hopping), walking trails and hikes or by bicycle (good for spotting wildlife) and even kayaking or paddle boarding (good for an adventure!), the choice is really up to you !

An amazing day out for the whole family!

This go-kart park in Almancil has 3 different tracks designed for all ages and abilities. The 760 metre main track is a replica of the Formula 1 circuit in Brazil.
