Carvoeiro Branco | 20 Anos Aqui
Depois de anos ligados à indústria e a diferentes áreas de negócio, o imobiliário foi ganhando um papel cada vez mais importante no percurso de Erik de Vlieger.
Nos anos 90, começou também a investir no Algarve, através da aquisição de imóveis na região, numa altura em que continuava envolvido em diferentes negócios e mercados.
O que começou como investimento tornou-se uma ligação muito mais profunda à região. Em 2006, Erik mudou-se para o Algarve e fundou a Carvoeiro Branco.
Ao longo dos últimos 20 anos, essa ligação cresceu com cada projeto, cada investimento e cada oportunidade de contribuir para a região.
Erik continua muitas vezes a ser apresentado como um empresário estrangeiro. Depois de duas décadas a viver e a trabalhar aqui, ele vê as coisas de outra forma:
“Não me sinto estrangeiro. Sinto-me local.”
20 anos depois, continuamos aqui.

After years in industry and across different areas of business, real estate began to play an increasingly important role in Erik de Vlieger’s journey.
In the 1990s, he also began investing in the Algarve, acquiring properties in the region while remaining involved in different businesses and markets.
What began as an investment became a much deeper connection to the region. In 2006, Erik moved to the Algarve and founded Carvoeiro Branco.
Over the past 20 years, that connection has grown with every project, every investment and every opportunity to contribute to the region.
Erik is still often described as a foreign entrepreneur. After two decades of living and working here, he sees things differently:
“I don’t feel like a foreigner. I feel local.”
20 years later, we’re still here.
