Clarity is the ultimate luxury in real estate investment.

Without an official rental yield index for the Algarve, vague claims of double-digit returns are common. We prefer transparency.

We have compiled 2026 benchmarks across the region. We compare long term leases with seasonal lets and show exactly how much operating costs impact the final return.

Nós preferimos a transparência.

Today, Carvoeiro Branco and ANTRIX formally donated the documentary and archival collection of the Cork Museum to the Municipality of Silves.

An archive that preserves an important part of the history of the cork industry and of Silves itself now permanently returns to public ownership, where it can be safeguarded for future generations.

Following the reopening of the Cork Museum to the community, this marks another step in our commitment to preserving the memory and heritage of Fábrica do Inglês.

Because restoring heritage is not only about restoring buildings. It is about preserving the stories that give them meaning.
