Hoje foi dia de escritura.

De um lado, fecha-se um capítulo: o de uma herança que, com o tempo, ficou ao abandono. Do outro, abre-se um novo, bem diferente.

Este imóvel vai ganhar nova vida pelas mãos de um grupo de jovens que tive muito prazer de conhecer e acompanhar ao longo de todo o processo. Já criaram uma empresa para a exploração da propriedade e trazem consigo o que o início de um projeto tem de mais bonito: ideias, sonhos e vontade de fazer. E há algo que me toca sempre nestes momentos, ver uma geração a passar o testemunho à seguinte.

I promised myself I'd post more. I lied. But I have good excuses!

The last weeks have been nothing short of a season finale: after six months of suspense I finally closed my own purchase. Infinite thank you to my partner and lover for making it real, and huge thank you to my friend and colleague Pedro Neves for being the steady hand through all of it.

On top of that: a rural project to design, multiple deals at the finish line simultaneously that required full attention, a custom made accompaniment to kick off with an international client, and my lover to help conquer Lagos with her expanding business.

SUPER AGENT is right now in Istanbul, getting new hair. Back in the Algarve very soon, recharged and ready 😄

I promised myself I'd post more. I lied. But I have good excuses!

The last weeks have been nothing short of a season finale: after six months of suspense I finally closed my own purchase. Infinite thank you to my partner and lover for making it real, and huge thank you to my friend and colleague Pedro Neves for being the steady hand through all of it.
