Based in Luz, we at CoolHouses® Algarve manage and rent quality properties ranging from luxury villas, beautiful townhouses to sea view apartments in and around Luz, Lagos, Burgau, in the Western Algarve, the most southern region of Portugal. Our mission is to make the whole process of managing and renting your property as efficient as possible, offering a bespoke service, striving to be a one-stop business, where processes are simplified and integrated, using the most recent technology to streamline and facilitate bureaucratic procedures. Our multilingual management and operations staff are highly qualified professionals, with much experience, who over the years have been developing a broad set of professional partnerships with a view to enforce the purposes of our mission as a company. For those owners who wish to maximize their investment by renting their property, we at CoolHouses® Algarve have to offer a holiday rental management service that includes:

- Free advertising on our own site
- Creating and managing the property adverts on the most well-known holiday rentals online platforms
- All administrative work, legal requirements and procedures now mandatory by Portuguese law, related to the holiday rental business, except accountancy services and fiscal representation
- On the operational side we also provide maid and laundry services, gardening, pool cleaning, maintenance, and in general any other special request necessary.

Good news: you don’t have to choose. Many of our properties have a private pool and are just 5 minutes from the sand, so you can enjoy both on the same day.

And the Algarve doesn’t stop in winter. Mild temperatures, sunny days and quiet beaches make it the perfect place to slow down for a while and explore surrounding areas.

Descrição do Cargo - Supervisor de Operações

O supervisor de operações na CoolHouses® Algarve | gestão de imóveis atuará no acompanhamento diário das rotinas operacionais dos imóveis sob gestão, garantindo a qualidade dos serviços e a satisfação de clientes e proprietários.

* no dia-a-dia fará a coordenação de equipes de campo e de apoio
* organização de agendas de manutenção e limpeza
* acompanhamento de check-in e checkout
* verificação de padrões de apresentação dos imóveis e solução de ocorrências operacionais.
* também será responsável por monitorar indicadores de desempenho, propor melhorias de processos, apoiar a comunicação entre clientes, fornecedores e a equipe interna e assegurar o cumprimento de prazos e procedimentos.

Este é um cargo a tempo inteiro e presencial localizado na Luz, Lagos

Responsabilidades:
Supervisão diária de propriedades AL (check-ins, checkouts, inspeções)
Garantia de padrões elevados de limpeza, manutenção e apresentação
Coordenação de equipas externas (limpezas, lavandaria, manutenção)
Identificação e reporte de avarias, necessidades e melhorias
Acompanhamento de hóspedes quando necessário
Gestão de stocks e reposições
Apoio administrativo relacionado com operações

Perfil que procuramos:
Experiência em alojamento local, hotelaria ou funções operacionais
Organização, autonomia e atenção ao detalhe
Boa comunicação e capacidade de resolução de problemas
Bom domínio da língua inglesa, falada e escrita
Facilidade na utilização de meios informáticos
Carta de condução e disponibilidade para deslocações
Flexibilidade de horários em épocas de maior movimento
Disponibilidade imediata
