For those owners who wish to maximize their investment by renting their property, we at CoolHouses® Algarve have to offer a holiday rental management service that includes:

- Free advertising on our own site
- Creating and managing the property adverts on the most well-known holiday rentals online platforms
- All administrative work, legal requirements and procedures now mandatory by Portuguese law, related to the holiday rental business, except accountancy services and fiscal representation
- On the operational side we also provide maid and laundry services, gardening, pool cleaning, maintenance, and in general any other special request necessary.
