It was built to be a comfortable private home and has 2 generously sized bedrooms and one substantial master bedroom, a dressing room, two bathrooms, a large open plan dining and living room area and a fantastic upstairs mezzanine library/office/reading area with full French windows with a spectacular Atlantic Ocean view. It is suitable equally for families, groups of friends or couples. It also lends itself beautifully to being a centre for small groups (therapy, arts, cookery classes etc). In addition, a special feature of the Villa includes the “Cathedral” wooden ceiling in the lounge (with great acoustics for music lovers) it also allows for a cool natural environment during the summer months as the air circulates freely throughout the house. In winter, a large log fire provides heat and that very special feeling of comfort. Highview Villa has all modern facilities one would expect from a property of this type: it is fully insulated, double glazed with mosquito frames in all windows; for winter months there is a central heating system connected to radiators in all rooms. The bathrooms have heated radiator towel rails and hot water is supplied by an excellent solar system. From the lounge, French windows lead to a lovely large veranda, a covered semi conservatory with large plants and the garden. There is plenty of space for seating outside in the shade or full sunshine, areas for quiet moments, chat or whatever gives you pleasure.
