Our Apt. It has a private owners children and adult pools, sun loungers & extensive gardens. has two balconies, with l

arge balcony overlooking Town, beach & ocean views and directly beside Town-Park, children’s playground, mini-Pro golf and skateboard park. Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and the large bedrooms have double-bed while other room has two single-beds & side tables. has two bathrooms with bidets and a new walk-in shower (see photos below). The quiet residential apartment has the following amenities:
- WIFI & Broadband, plus Smart TV/Netflix and Bluetooth sound system
- Air conditioning in bedrooms and large living-room (with dining table)
- Free car parking
- Across complex square there is a local well-stocked mini-mercado

- Private pools and gardens are gated and 100% powered by our own solar panels
