Four floors in the heart of Príncipe Real.

Casa Lamego, designed by Can Ran Arquitectos, is defined by its handcrafted Viúva Lamego façade, where light shifts subtly across each tile throughout the day.

Inside, the house unfolds through a sequence of carefully composed spaces: radiant terrazzo floors, oak joinery, limestone surfaces and full-height glazing opening directly onto the garden. A private outdoor space in Lisbon’s historic centre.

The upper floor is filled with natural light and currently functions as a shared children’s bedroom, though it could easily become a studio, workspace or additional living area with views across the city skyline.

Chiado has always been a neighbourhood of layers.

Capitão 60 is one of those apartments that reflects the neighbourhood around it.

Set on a street shaped by galleries, studios and local meeting points, the apartment unfolds through a series of expressive moments balanced by a restrained material palette.

A green-tiled dining table anchors the living space, while artwork lines the walls and brings character into the interiors.
The kitchen and living areas flow together, while natural light moves through the apartment creating the atmosphere.

Fully rebuilt in a project by Pedro Reis, the apartment combines oak flooring, integrated heating and upgraded insulation with a creative interior language closely tied to Marvila’s evolving character.

You feel Campo de Santana apartment the moment you walk in.

The building rises directly above Campo dos Mártires da Pátria with the kind of presence rooted in Lisbon’s history. Ornate ceilings, original wooden floors, walls covered in Portuguese tile panels and long windows opening towards the trees of the park.

Then the scale of the living room makes it clear what kind of apartment this is.

The proportions are rare. Light moves differently here. The park becomes part of the atmosphere of the apartment, an extension of the house itself.

Inside an early 19th-century building in Lisbon’s historic centre, this apartment unfolds through restored frescoes, original wooden floors and quietly integrated contemporary details.

The renovation approached the interiors with restraint, allowing the atmosphere and architectural character of the original house to remain fully present throughout the spaces. Frescoes depicting river scenes, imagined landscapes and decorative motifs move across walls, corners and passages with remarkable freedom, becoming part of the experience of the apartment.

High ceilings, oak joinery, Lioz Branco stone and natural light create an interior with strong material presence and calm continuity, overlooking the Tagus River and the wall of the Sé Cathedral.
