We are pleased to announce the successful sale of a logistics and cold storage facility located in Modivas, Portugal.

The property comprises 5,102 sqm of GLA on a 19,820 sqm site, including positive and negative temperature cold storage areas and 10 loading docks, making it a strategic asset for the logistics and food distribution sector.

Vasco Invest advised the seller throughout this cross-border transaction, which resulted in the acquisition of the asset by the Portuguese investment fund Square Asset Management from a Luxembourg investment fund.
