Cascais is a city you can easily live in without a car.

Both the drive and train ride too and from Lisbon have breathtaking views of the coastline.
Be sure to visit Cascais during your next scouting trip.

KNOW THE NEIGHBORHOODS: The first city we will explore is Ericeira.
Just a short 45 minute drive northwest from Lisbon and you are in this beautiful town.

Know for its surf, you have a long coastline of beautiful beaches to choose from both inside the city as well as a few kilometers north.
The traditional white and blue buildings, steep cliffs, stunning coastline and delicious seafood make it a beautiful city to visit or to live in.

If you are buying with a mortgage, talk to a mortgage broker BEFORE you start house hunting.
Once you are pre-approved for your loan, you are able to act fast when you find the right place for you.
This will increase your chances of an offer being accepted and you eventually owning your dream home.
