Whether you're looking for an investment, selling a family home or need 5-star Airbnb management, Giles and the team at Homes to Holiday bring a local’s knowledge, expat’s perspective and a South African's hustle to every deal. We have also Partnered with Keller Williams Portugal and you can contact us to help with buying and selling your property anywhere in Portugal and we will give you the utmost professional service. It is certainly tricky trying to turn your home into an Airbnb, especially when you are not around to do it. In Portugal, it is required for every property to be AL Compliant before being able to list it. Homes To Holiday will set up your property on Airbnb and can continue to work with you so that your property turns into a successful Airbnb through efficient management and hosting. We do not limit ourselves to only Airbnb rentals though. Please see all our services below:
- Registering your property with AL (Alojamento Local) & supervising the inspection
- Creating detailed Airbnb listings and profiles
- Airbnb management and hosting
- Long & short term house rentals
- Home, garden & pool maintenance
- House & pet sitting
- Food & toiletry provisioning prior to you or your guests arrival
Please do not hesitate to get in touch! We look forward to working with you, to get your property to work for you.
