Há cinco meses, o C. contactou-me com uma visão muito clara — queria encontrar a casa perfeita para passar as suas férias em Portugal. Explicou-me exactamente o que mais valorizava: espaço, luz natural e uma localização no topo da Graça, com vista sobre Lisboa.

Antes de viajar, mostrei-lhe três propriedades maravilhosas. Ele gostou, mas nenhuma correspondia ao que ele procurava em termos de dimensão. Enquanto ele estava fora, visitei um novo apartamento. No momento em que entrei, soube que podia ser o ideal. Enviei-lhe um vídeo e, no dia seguinte, ele apanhou um voo de volta para Lisboa. Depois de visitar, olhou para mim e disse: ‘Achille, é este.’

Fiquei nas nuvens — não só por ter encontrado o lugar certo, mas porque percebi exactamente o que ele procurava. Agora, o C. desfruta todos os dias de uma vista exclusiva sobre o Tejo e a cidade de Lisboa.

Ajudar os meus clientes a concretizar os seus sonhos é o que me move, e esta história tem um significado especial para mim. Normalmente, não partilho histórias de propriedades vendidas ou listadas, mas esta significa muito, e quis partilhá-la convosco.
