ROLE DESCRIPTION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner and Project Management team;
- Management of office operations
- Supervision of accountings in link with external accountant office
- Marketing and social media assistance

QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in real estate
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong experience of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, dynamism and pro-activity
- Flexibility and responsibility
