The building has two independent fractions, a two-floor house that we are renting and a loft on the top terrace. The house has two gardens, one that is shared with the loft, and private one that also has a parking area with an automatic gate. Both gardens are maintained by a gardner, and all expenses are included in the monthly rent. The house has two bedrooms, a large kitchen/dinning room, a large living room and one bathroom. Because temperature can be low in the winter this house has underfloor heating in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen/dining rooms, there is also a fireplace in the living room and a pellets stove in the kitchen/dinning room.
