Double room (perfect for 1 person who likes comfort or for a couple) with a private balcony and additional couch

The flat is located in Saldanha district (Avenida Miguel Bombarda)- one of the best area to live in Lisbon. You can easily reach a public tranportation:
-5 minutes walking distance to metro Saldanha (yellow and red line)
-7 minutes walking distance to metro Sao Sebastiao (blue line)
-10 minutes walking distance to Entrecampos train station
-A lot of bus lines

In the whole building, there are 3 flats for Erasmus students (together 18 people) so you can easily make new friends.You can choose your room in the flat on the 3rd floor or in one situated on the 4th.

Each flat has a big living room with tv, comfortable couch, 2 tables and chairs. There is an access to the balconies from 2 sites of the flat. The flat has new, plastic, double-glass windows - it is good isolated, what is specially importnat during winter.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge, laundry machine etc.). We don't use bottles of gas, the water is hot immediately.

Additionally you have at your disposable: cleaning service once per week that cleans the whole house.

How much is the rent?

The flat is located in Santos district (Rua Janelas Verdes) - really nice area in Lisbon, close to beach, clubs and city center. You can easily reach a public tranportation:
-10 minutes walking distance to metro Cais do Sodre (green line) it is also a train station and the first stop of night buses
-15 minutes walking distance to Baitto Alto and Baixa - the old city center with pubs, places to meet, monuments
-20 minutes by train to Carcavelos - the most popular beach near the ocean
-A lot of bus and tram lines

Location of Santos flat
In the distance of 1,5 km there is a possibility to walk to Bairro Alto, Pink Street in Cais de Sodre and many clubs (like Urban Beach, Main, Klube etc.).
There is 10 minutes walking distance to Cais de Sodre metro station.
Location next to train station (Santos) enables getting to the nearest beach in 25 minutes by train.
There is ISEG University and IADE in 5 minutes walking (or 2 minutes running ;)) from the flat, also really good connection with Ajuda Campus and city center (buses, trams, metro).
