I decided to show you a little bit of what happens behind the scenes of my work in real estate.
Not everything happens online or on the property portals.
Swipe through to see what I did today.
I took the banner from our office and drove to Paço de Arcos to put it on the facade of the property.
It is only about 15 minutes from Marquês de Pombal, so luckily it was a quick drive. No traffic and it is a really good strategic location
In Portugal, I have learned that personal contact is very important.
Sometimes a conversation over coffee or a short visit can be more useful than another email.
Or a banner on the front window facing the road
I visited the businesses around the property and left information about the investment opportunity and my contact details.
I think this is especially important with commercial property.
People who already know the area can sometimes be the best buyers.
Maybe they are already running a business nearby. Maybe they are looking for a bigger space or another place to invest.
You never know where the right buyer will come from.
I am open to cooperation with other brokers and I really appreciate professionals who know their local market and take their work seriously.
I'm here to sell my listing!
Selling property is never just about listing it.
It’s about creating every possible opportunity for the right buyer to discover it.
Strategy.
Visibility.
Local knowledge.
Relationships.
Follow-up.
And sometimes, simply showing up even in the summer heat.
This is the part of a broker’s work that you rarely see online.
But it’s often what makes the difference.
This is also my work.
And I actually like this part of it.
