From Embaixador Mateus you can easily walk to any place in Belém and you also have a Tram stop right at the end of the street, which is ideal for you to move to city center, and a Train station just 250m away, which can also take you close to city center or just outside the city to the beautiful beaches of Estoril and the lovely town of Cascais. Subway it’s only available from airport to city center but you’ll have connections by Bus, Tram or Train, or even take a Taxi. If you are planning to visit the Lisbon outskirts than you should rent a car as you can park it right in front of the apartment or in the adjacent street. Besides of being well served in terms of accessibility and public transport, it is also located in one of the safest areas in Lisbon. Embaixador Mateus was completely renovated to make you feel more comfortable, but the apartment still has some typical characteristics which are ideal for you to get the real feeling of Lisbon living. The interior rooms are equipped with double beds 150x200m taking up to 4 adults and you’ll also have a sofa bed 120x200 on the living room if you need additional accommodation for 2 kids. The apartment also has 1 bathroom with shower and. For your convenience, bath towels and linen are provided, and for stays longer than 7 nights, a cleaning and linen change will be provided at the middle of your stay. The living room also has a dining table and a multichannel TV and Wi-Fi its spread out the whole apartment for your benefit free of charge. If you want to prepare your meals, Embaixador Mateus features a fully equipped kitchen, including fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, espresso machine and kitchen utensils. In addition, due to its location, there is a variety of restaurants, bakeries (including the most famous “Pasteis de Belém”) and cafes in the surrounding area. At the check-in you will be given detailed information about the apartment and the surrounding area. During your stay you’ll have access to the entire area of the apartment, in total privacy. Smoking indoors it’s not permitted and parties are also not allowed. We are located in a residential neighborhood and we ask our guests to reduce the noise after the 22pm.
