It’s been months in the making, the result of everything I’ve experienced and learned over the past five years.

I’ve taken the time to process, reflect, organise my thoughts, structure my ideas, and turn them into something concrete… and here I am, finally online.

I chose to keep my signature “Charlotte be my guest”. First of all, because I haven’t changed my name ;-) but above all because, to me, it represents a natural continuation of my journey. Be my guest simply takes on a new meaning.

Today, I offer personalised support with your property project in the Algarve, whether it’s :
* Finding the right property
* Renovating or building
* Coordinating your project on site

I can be your point of contact throughout one or several of these three phases, acting as your Project Manager and helping you navigate your project, whether you are here in the Algarve or handling things from afar.

I’m happy to finally share this new adventure with you and invite you to discover my new website: www.charlottebemyguest.com

I look forward to helping you create your own little home here in the Algarve.

The room, the sleeping beauty spot. Same place, same moment - different angles.

Work in progress… The future pool is taking shape! 10 × 3.5 m, with a long step made for sitting in the water and soaking up the view. You know where to find me next summer.

Most of the cleaning is done. A big yessss! And guess what? We can finally start on Monday, June 1st.

Soon, the cleaning will begin. First, sorting the wood, plastic, and iron. Then, breaking down the interior walls and hauling away all the rubble in trucks and containers. It feels like the start of something new.

The desk. My office. The place where my brain brings together my thoughts, organises my life, searches for ideas, and writes important and less important emails. Sometimes the door is open, the sun gently warming my back- another small pleasure in this happy place.

I didn’t fully realise at first how big the news was last week (I waited for so long)… but here it is: the final approval from the Câmara to start building the main house!

Now let's enjoy end-of-year celebrations with family and friends, and then oh yeah I am ready for the next step : meeting contractors, pitching the project, and starting the construction of my home as soon as possible.
