Why do i sell..

I bought this land in Chanca with a clear dream in mind: to create my future, connected to nature, with space, quiet, and a long term business vision.

Over time, I realised that my original business plans no longer fully aligned with the land and its natural framework. For that reason, I decided it was the right moment to let this land move on.

This land is ideal for people with green fingers and a genuine love for the outdoors. It is perfectly suited for farming, permaculture, gardening, and small scale agricultural projects.
