Why do i sell..

I bought this land in Chanca with a clear dream in mind: to create my future, connected to nature, with space, quiet, and a long term business vision.

Over time, I realised that my original business plans no longer fully aligned with the land and its natural framework. For that reason, I decided it was the right moment to let this land move on.

This land is ideal for people with green fingers and a genuine love for the outdoors. It is perfectly suited for farming, permaculture, gardening, and small scale agricultural projects. It also offers great potential for animal lovers, nature lovers, or anyone dreaming of a peaceful retreat focused on quiet, simplicity, and connection to the land.

The property still offers many possibilities. The flat, urban section allows for construction, and there is an approved PIP for two single storey houses 100m2 each. Some groundwork has already been completed, including basic access, drainage, initial planting, and the careful reconstruction of the original well in its former glory.

As I know this place intimately, I prefer to sell it myself, with the support of a lawyer when the time is right.
